Silphium Perforliatum
Presenting a relatively new blooming fibre crop in The Netherlands; Silphium Perforliatum (Silphy). Simone collaborated with Piet Hein Eek who is presenting Stackable Stools made of the Silhy-plate material from her research. ROOTS Exhibition 'From Dutch Soil' stimulates the planting of the crop for both its natural and financial regenerative value.
